The Safety and Security Information Report is being provided to you as a part of DePaul University's commitment to safety and security on its campuses and is in compliance with the Jeanne Clery Disclosure of Campus Security Policy and Campus Crime Statistics Act.

Enforced by the Department of Education, The Jeanne Clery Disclosure of Campus Security Policy and Campus Crime Statistics Act is a federal law and was originally known as the Campus Security Act. The Clery Act requires colleges and universities across the United States to disclose information about crime on and around their campuses. Hard copies of the Clery Act are available at the Public Safety Offices at each campuses.
